wines
The Belgrave Park Winery produces two separate ranges of wines
-
-
'The Hair of the Dog', quality
contemporary wines but priced for everyday enjoyment.
-
'The Peak Alone', our premium
reserve selection. Only wines classified by our winemaker, Warwick Adams, as
'something special' are selected for this label.
The main varieties
that we grow are Shiraz, Merlot and Viognier. These are complemented each year
by selected other varieties such as Sangiovese, Verdelho, Marsanne and
Roussanne. Our objective is always to have a high quality, interesting range and
all our wines are made on the premises

This cool climate Merlot has flavours of berries and ripe plums, with a
mocha complexity. Aged in French oak barriques, this gives a balanced
